A Spring Evening of Taste and Storytelling at The Vineyard with Berkshire Trout

Last week, we were joined by some truly wonderful people for a special evening at The Vineyard - a celebration of flavour, sustainability, and the story behind Berkshire Trout.

The evening began with an intimate masterclass led by our Founder, Lucy who shared the shared the journey of our sustainably farmed trout and what makes it so unique.

Everyone enjoyed a carefully curated three-course tasting menu, paired with the season’s best produce by The Vineyard’s talented chefs. To elevate the experience further, guests had the rare opportunity to meet Romain Bourger, The Vineyard’s esteemed Director of Wine. Romain guided us through the evening’s wine pairings, offering expert insights into how each vintage was chosen to complement the delicate profiles of the dishes. His knowledge and passion for wine brought a whole new dimension to the tasting, turning each course into a journey of its own.

It was a spring evening filled with great food, meaningful conversation, and a shared love for local, sustainable produce. We’re incredibly grateful to The Vineyard and a huge thanks to everyone who came along!
