We are thrilled that our Cold Smoked Trout is on the breakfast menu at Wellington Farm Shop Café. Josh, the amazing Head Chef has created a scrumptious 'Eggs Royale' with poached free range eggs, Berkshire Cold Smoked Trout, Hollandaise and all on an English Muffin.
On Wednesday 27th November from 6pm - 8.30pm pop over to the farm shop and step into the festive spirit! Be the first to sample our trout delicacies and discover a treasure trove of local talented craft gift, food and drink producers and indulge in some Christmas shopping, naturally!
