World Oceans Day at The Vineyard
We were thrilled to be a part of The Vineyard’s World Oceans Day Dinner! This special event celebrated the beauty and importance of our oceans while highlighting sustainable dining practices.
Tom Scade, Executive Head Chef, presented our trout "cooked in a wine box" This was superb as was the whole menu! Two wonderful competition winners joined us for the evening. We were so happy to have them there and to be able to share such an enjoyable experience with them.
After a welcoming apéritif Tom presented us with a delectable two-course dinner. Each course was perfectly paired with a glass of wine selected The Vineyard's expert sommeliers, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
